We are pleased to inform you of our new appointment reservation and payment policies beginning on June 15, 2024.

 

 

PREPAYMENT

We will no longer require any prepayment to make a reservation on our bookings website. Payment will now be accepted at the time of your appointment. Note, the system still requires a credit card to be entered to make an appointment but you will not be charged for the service at that time.

 

 CANCELLATION

We continue to request 24-hour notice for cancellations but we understand that unexpected events may arise. Please let us know if you need to cancel or if you are running late, even if it's immediately before the appointment.  You will have up to one hour prior to the appointment time to cancel your appointment. 

 

Cancellations are best made via the Square appointment text/email notification you received. Otherwise, please email us at sageandgrey@gmail.com or leave us a message at (610) 688-8000.

 

If a cancellation is not made 1-hour prior to the appointment time we will be charging a $15 fee for any no-shows. It helps immensely to open up the spot as many of our other customers are on the waiting list for availability.

 

 

CASH DISCOUNT

We will no longer be offering cash discounts.
